Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations (Physical)

  • Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Presentations should be delivered in English.
  • Use clear, professional slides (e.g., PowerPoint or PDF format) with readable fonts and appropriately labeled figures and tables.
  • Please bring your presentation file on a USB drive and, if possible, submit a copy to the organizers at least one day before your session.
  • Ensure that your presentation aligns with the content of your submitted paper.

Virtual Presentations General Recommendations

  • Rehearse your talk to ensure you stay within the time limit.
  • Engage your audience with clear explanations and concise visuals.
  • Be prepared to answer questions and discuss your research during the Q&A.

Important Notes

• Virtual presenters will be gien the same time allocations as in-person speakers.

• Presentations should be delivered live via the designated video conferencing platform (Zoom).

• A stable internet connection, a good-quality microphone, and a distraction-free background are strongly recommended.
