International Conference (FORSTAT ICON-2) 2026

In the era of digital transformation, data has become a strategic asset for organizations and governments worldwide. The ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights is essential to support effective and evidence-based decision making. In response to this challenge, the 2ˢᵗ FORSTAT International Conference (FORSTAT ICON-2) 2026 is organized under the theme “Innovations in Statistics and Data Science for Data-Driven Decision Making.”
FORSTAT ICON-2 2026 is organized by the Forum Pendidikan Tinggi Statistika Indonesia (FORSTAT) in collaboration with the Statistics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Mataram. The conference invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, practitioners, and students from various countries to gather on the beautiful island of Lombok, Indonesia, on April 9, 2026.
FORSTAT ICON-2 2026 serves as a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, explore cutting-edge methodologies, and discuss real-world applications of statistics and data science. The conference aims to foster global dialogue on how statistical innovation and data-driven approaches can support smarter and more effective decision making across diverse sectors, from public policy and governance to business intelligence and industrial innovation.
