Authors are invited to submit their full papers for review. All full papers must be submitted by April 2, 2026, and must be prepared in accordance with the official conference full paper template. The template is available for download through the link provided below. Authors are strongly advised to ensure that their manuscripts comply with all formatting and submission requirements prior to submission.

Publication Process

Manuscript Guidelines

Authors whose papers are selected for journal recommendation must prepare their manuscripts using the official template of the respective journal and comply with the formatting standards required for post-conference publication.

Please take note of the following:

Authors must download and use the official journal template corresponding to the recommended publication outlet.

Comply

Manuscripts must fully comply with the journal’s submission requirements and formatting standards.

Required

Required Authors are also required to adhere to the specific conditions and instructions issued by The 2nd FORSTAT International Conference Editorial Committee. These will be communicated together with the journal recommendation.

Format

Papers not following the required format may be excluded from the post-conference publication process

Important Notes

• Submission must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

• Plagiarism or duplication of published work will result in automatic rejection.

• Authors are responsible for ensuring that all author names and institutional affiliations are correctly listed at the time of submission.

• Only full papers with at least one registered presenter will be considered for journal recommendation and post-conference review.
